TIFF Picks
The Toronto International Film Festival is just around the corner. I’ll be seeing ten films this year. Below is a short list of films that I’d like to see.

- The Well — documentary film directed by Kristian Petri
- Why We Fight — documentary film directed by Eugene Jarecki
- Capote — directed by Bennett Miller
- Dave Chapelle’s Block Party — directed by Michel Gondry
- Mary — Abel Ferrara
- Tristram Shandy: A Cock and Bull Story — Micahel Winterbottom
- Wah-Wah — Richard E. Grant
- A Conversation with Basquiat — directed by Tamra Davis

Eight of these were on my list even before I checked your site, but due to scheduling mishaps, only three made my final list. Since I’m not taking time off work, I’m restricted to what I can get to at night. Plus, I’m starting a Spanish class the week before the festival, so Tuesday and Thursday nights are limited. Should be a lot of fun, though. So many good films this year!
