Have you seen Children of Men? It really completes the Mexican trifecta of 2006. It has some amazing camera work. Del Toro said in an interview that even after CuarĂ³n explained to him how he did some of his shots in the movie he was still mystified and in awe. Great film.

Haven’t seen it yet but it’s on my list. There is quite a buzz around that film. Thanks for the recommendation.

You also mentioned The Departed as being a good film to see. I’ll have to see if I can still find it in a theatre somewhere.
