Looks like we have no overlap this year.
Here’s my movies:
The Brave One
Thurs. Sep 6, 9pm
(Saw it last night and thought it was very good. Not your typical revenge thriller and very well acted and directed. Jodie Foster, Terrence Howard and Neil Jordan were all there. I was sitting right across the isle from the producer, Joel Silver.)
One Hundred Nails
Sat. Sep 8, 6:45pm
Chrysalis
Sat. Sep 8, 9:45pm
Shake Hands with the Devil
Sun. Sep 9, 2:30pm
La Zona
Sun. Sep 9, 5:45pm
Sous les toits de Paris
Sun. Sep 9, 9:45pm
Le Scaphandre et le papillon
Tue. Sep 11, 6pm
La Citadelle assiegee
Fri. Sep 14, 6pm
The Virgin Spring
Fri. Sep 14, 8pm
(This one is the “Talking with Pictures program and is introduced by Max von Sydow)
The Mother of Tears
Fri. Sep 14, 11:15pm
Its an ecclectic mix but I was pretty far down the lottery and didn’t get a lot of my first choices. I did manage to switch some up at the box office though, so if you can’t get rid of your extras you may want to try that option.
Tonight, the wife and I are going to see Genesis at BMO (better not rain!). She says hi.
And BTW, the house looks … um… great! Christmas at your place?
