Pass The Coffee Starbucks and Tim’s
If you work at Starbucks or Tim Hortons then this post is for you. Is it too much for me to ask that you pass me that cup of coffee I just purchased from you?
It doesn’t matter if I go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons, the person behind the counter always puts my cup of coffee on the edge of the counter, closest to them. When did serving a customer become an olympic sport? Why do I have to hurl my body at the counter and lean forward as far as I can to reach my precious cup of black gold?
If you work at Tim’s or Starbucks then serve your customers and not yourselves. Put the damn cup on the other side of the counter for a change or I’m going to start lecturing each and every one of you on customer service. End of rant.

Hey Jay,
Try the drive through then they are forced to hand you your cup.

Get a coffee maker for your office.

Cranky much?
My pet peeve with Tim’s or Coffee Time is that at least more than half the time I order one they don’t stir the coffee. I like it sweet (three sugars in a large, two in a medium) and it’s annoying when I’m drinking it and not tasting the sugar until the last mouthful, when the majority of the sugar is sitting at the bottom of the cup.

I’ve got a coffee maker for the office but occasionally end up buy coffee wherever I am. Canadians just don’t seem to understand the word service.
Drew, you have to cut down on your sugar intake. Are you drinking sugar or coffee?

Swine Flu with your Coffee Sir?
Every cup that is served by Tims has had the palm of someones hand pressed down across the top of the lid. Now consider that more than half of all employees in the fast-food industry fail to wash their hands properly or use gloves when working. So you proceed to swing open the hatch and put your lips to the lid … Enjoy! :|
