The Home Office Problem
The work is always down the hall when you have a home office.
I just finished watching Lost. It’s 10:30 PM and I won’t be tired for at least another 3 hours. I could:
- watch a movie
- go to bed
- read a few chapters from What the Dog Saw: And Other Adventures
- get a lot of work done while sensible people are sleeping
Seeing as my to do list keeps getting longer and longer, I’d better make use of the time, stop blogging, and get to work.

What did you decide to do?
I voted for the Olympics. The curling is fantastic. Clutch.

I’m processing 218 photos I took this afternoon. And now I’m trying to figure out why my AddThis script isn’t letting you share my content on Twitter.
Thanks for letting me know about this.

Whoa! Spin doctor! The problem with your home office is not that you work too much, it’s that you focus on personal interests during daylight hours. Based on the time you spend on movies and self-pleasure, I’m amazed that you still have any paying clients.

Andy, don’t be jealous. I know you wish that you could work at home. It must be tough, dragging your sorry butt to that sweatshop, 6 days a week. I feel your pain.
